Each product purchased comes with a guarantee of minimum 90-day warranty starting from the delivery date. This warranty ensures that if any mechanical or technical issue arises that isn't caused by user error, the buyer can return the product for full repair or replacement. Please note, however, that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer. We are committed to standing by our products; therefore, after the initial 90-day warranty period, all customers can avail our service at the cost of parts, in addition to a labor fee of $185.00 per hour, and any shipping fees incurred. Following packaging, your item is shipped, fully insured, via a reputable domestic or international carrier. Our standard shipping service provides a delivery timeline of three to five days. All purchases are subject to a final sale policy, ensuring that no refunds or exchanges are allowed under normal circumstances. In cases where the request is approved, we will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, allowing the return of the item for either repair or replacement.
