What is included in virtual clinical training?
MNML's published product terms describe virtual clinical sessions typically lasting two to four hours. Depending on the purchased platform and agreed training package, instruction covers device-related indications and contraindications, protocol review, patient charting, and technique/application coaching. Attendees receive a certificate of completion.
Ask us to confirm the session length, instructor, number of attendees, scheduling, and platform-specific scope in your quote. Training arrangements should reflect the equipment and applicators actually included in the purchase.
Virtual, on-site, or hands-on?
- Virtual clinical training: the included format for eligible device purchases, subject to the specific sales terms.
- On-site or hands-on training: available by custom quote. Confirm location, travel charges, scheduling, and the staff who will attend.
- Additional training: ask about options for new staff, another location, or a different device configuration.

- Which device, software version, handpieces, and applicators will the session cover?
- Is the training included in this quotation, or is there an additional fee?
- Who provides the instruction, and is it virtual, on-site, or hands-on?
- How many staff can attend, and how is completion documented?

Is training the same as manufacturer recertification?
No. MNML's independent equipment inspection and clinical training are separate from manufacturer recertification or manufacturer-provided training. If manufacturer authorization, training, or service access is important to your purchase, verify the requirements for the exact device and serial number before proceeding.
